I received this item timely and well packed. It was easy to set it up and charge it. I wasn’t sure if it would do the job but was shocked at how much it actually picks up that things I couldn’t even get to! It is a bit noisy but other than that I run it everyday. We have a lot of hardwood flooring and a very low profile carpet in one area and this picks up it all. It does get stuck on one rug I have but that it is. I absolutely love it!
