i have owned two breville ovens as well as several other brands over the years. the breville was the best…until now. this oven uses the quartz elements like the breville and is a lot cheaper but seems to perform better. i use the air fryer mode a good bit and it does an excellent job crisping fries and fish and pretty much everything. the other features are great and although we dont use every feature, we do use a bunch of them and this thing is amazing! it heats quickly and holds a consistent temp and is so easy to use. i prefer this to our much more expensive wall oven. cant go wrong buying this
