Like that it is easy to adjust. It holds my shoulders back well, and it feels snug and secure; but, does not dig into my armpits. I have only had this back brace for a week and have been wearing it for 2 hours a day. It is already helping me pay attention to my posture. When I am not wearing the brace, I more readily notice when I am slumping forward & make myself stand up straight & put my shoulders back. I suggest not sitting in soft chairs or recliners while wearing the brace as it will cause it to ride up & bulge out at the sides & need complete re-adjusting. While I wear the brace, I stand, walk, or sit erect in a straight back chair. (If I watch tv, wash dishes at the sink, or take a short walk, 2 hours go by rather quickly.) I looked at several back braces on-line and chose this one because the ad mentioned that it could help those dealing with scoliosis problems. I am confident I chose the right brace for my back and posture issues.
