The unit was exceptionally well made, well packed and construction was well documented with pictures. There was some confusion about what software to download and the user manual was very detailed, but very limited. Support, by Mandy, has been excellent, and YouTube videos essential for understanding how to do many things. It is obviously an “entry level” product, but a great learning experience to use.
