I absolutely love these. They have changed the way i pack lunches. I love being able to pack hot foods. If you are packing it longer then 5 hours it will cool down though drastically. Make sure you prep the contractors with boiling water for about 10-15 mins before adding food. I used for myself and my son. Was still hot when I went to lunch.
