This glibber thingy picked up dust and dirt particles like I have never seen before. It does come off and will stick in small amounts on the skin

I never opened the box; I tried to cancel my order but was unable. As soon as it arrived, I returned the machine. There NOTHING wrong with the product… so, why is taking so long to issue my refund???
